Alright, so I always like to just start out and give myself a little deduction too.

So as Tracy was kind enough to start me off here with is, I am JSON Roman.
I'm
chief of trading services in the Office of Human Resources, which is
part of the Administrative office of the United States courts, which is a
long title which probably doesn't mean that much.
I like to have a sense of humor.
So and of course, as I said, I love to hear questions.
I've been with the judiciary about 12 years.
I started back as a contractor.
If
you guys want to know and then slowly, somehow they have promoted me, I
guess I must be doing something wrong because it keeps sending me up.
So uh, but I have been in this role about five or six years and uh, it's been a great pleasure to serve all of you.
And I wanna start off by saying I love all of you.
And what you guys do, it's a thankless job.
Sometimes it's a hard job, I know.
A
lot of the glamour goes to all the judges and and while those roles are
important, you guys also are critical and they could not do the job
without you.
I absolutely know this for a fact, so I want to kind of take time for that.
So with that Chambers training funds are always an interesting topic and.
Uh, I like to talk about it because it does apply to all of you.
So
I'm gonna be doing a series of polls, so unfortunately the way teams
works is it's not easy always for me to switch in and out of pull, so I
may have technical glitches that can't happen.
You
may not also have the poll available to you if you're dialing in or
coming outside of the DCN because some products are secured and some are
not.
So
if you're in that way, it's sometimes that it behaved that way, but I
don't want you to say that you can't answer it in your head or whatever
either.
So is there any questions before I start out?
Now questions.
Alright.
Well, we'll get started here a little bit.
So the question I'm going to ask you is that I'm gonna see if I can find this poll quickly here.
Let's see if I can pull this through for me.
May not work for I may have to exit the slide presentation to do it.
So hold on while I stop sharing for a second and activate my pulse.
I'm gonna answer that question.
I see that there about who can use the funds, so we'll talk about that.
But first, we'll say how much is so, uh, let me get in there and do that.
That's a great question.
I thought that pop up perfect, alright?
So let me scroll here.
OK, you don't have a huge screen here, so you should be having a pull pop up on your screen right now.
So the question is, how much money is allocated for each person and chambers?
Is it $200.00?
400 dollars, $1000 or $1200.
And
you can just simply just submit your answer and click yeah after you
select it and then press submit and we'll see kind of what people have
to say.
So I'm gonna give you guys about starting to see response is good.
So, you know, don't be shy.
I'm not grading you on this.
This is not like this is just to see what you know, so don't feel bad if you don't have the right answer.
I want to also say that this is not to play tricks on you all.
So all right, so I'm going to close this poll.
And great.
OK.
And so you should get a response now with the pull answers.
So with that said, the answer is $400.00.
So for every person in chambers.
Everyone is allocated centrally and that's from the AO here to.
Uh to the individual chords $400.00.
So if you have 10 people in Chambers total, you get $4000.
So we're going to talk a little bit about spending that, but I just kind of want to give you a sense of how much money it goes.
So it's local money, meaning it's money allocated to the courts.
Specifically, it isn't coming from my office or here.
It's set up by us in the AO from the budget folks, but it doesn't mean that you actually have to.
Umm you the money?
They're actually there, so most of you got that right over half of you got that right.
So that's really, really good.
Nobody said $200.00.
So I'm glad for that.
So I wish it was $1200 so.
Just checking my chat here too.
So umm and yes, judges are included in that.

So we're gonna.
We're gonna talk about that, too, so I'm gonna go back to sharing my screen.

All right.
Good job, everybody.
Golf claps for everybody here, so.
Move forward here.
So how is this fun?
These funds calculated the funds are calculated based on the core unit and as I said, so it's based on judgeships.
It's based on chamber staff, including certain roles.
And it just simply multiplied by four $400.00.
